Noelle Tan is a Singapore-based executive coach, leadership strategist, and CEO/COO with over 25 years of experience across MNCs, nonprofits, and the tech industry. She has held leadership roles in product, marketing, strategy, operations, M&A, and C-suite positions across Asia Pacific and the U.S., specializing in integrating profit with purpose and building high-performance teams.

After a fulfilling corporate career, Noelle transitioned to the nonprofit sector as COO of Generasi Gemilang Foundation in Malaysia, leading initiatives to close the education gap for underserved children. Through this experience, she discovered the nexus where purpose, people, and profit co-exist, shaping her leadership philosophy.
