Joseph Koh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Orange Convenient Store, part of the TCT Group. Originally from Johor, he moved to Sabah nearly 18 years ago. He is married to his wife Cassandra and has two daughters.

With a PhD in Biotechnology, he specialized in molecular and transcriptomic studies, mastering technologies like DNA sequencers, DNA Fusion, TEM/SEM microscopic analysis, and bioinformatics. His transition into retail was a God-led decision. Despite the challenges, he transformed Orange Convenient Store into a thriving business with 50 outlets across Sabah, aiming for 57 soon.

Joseph is also an active member of his faith community, serving as a zone leader, worship leader, and preacher at Skyline SIB. He attributes his success to God and believes in the power of faith, resilience, and dedication.
