Jason Ngiam is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sabertrio Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian start-up renowned for designing and crafting premium, ultra-realistic custom sabers. Born in Malacca, Malaysia, he graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, but chose the path of entrepreneurship nearly two decades ago.

He began his career in the family business, Q Industries & Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd., a hotel equipment distribution company, before transforming his passions into ventures of his own. Sabertrio is the hallmark of these pursuits — a brand that grew from a midnight side-hustle into an eight-figure SME.

Guided by the principle of building people through business, Jason strives to positively impact all stakeholders and be a light in the marketplace. He is married with two children and aspires to establish Sabertrio as a globally recognized brand, proudly made in Malaysia.
