Adrian Lim is a seasoned digital strategist, entrepreneur, and technology innovator with over 25 years of experience spanning digital strategy, business innovation, product development, and marketing. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth, he has founded, led, and managed multiple companies across digital content, software development, and advertising.​

As a proven entrepreneur, Adrian has successfully navigated investments, fund-raising, mergers, and acquisitions, demonstrating a high success rate in scaling businesses. He launched Kreateevee, a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific awardee, and later founded BPC Solutions, an award-winning digital agency. His strategic vision led to the merger of BPC into VLT, making it one of Malaysia’s largest independent digital firms, recognized across Southeast Asia.​

Beyond digital ventures, VLT expanded into startup acceleration, venture capital, education, and community-building, ultimately leading to one of its investments being acquired by McKinsey & Company. Adrian continues to shape the industry with his innovation-driven, tech-first approach to business transformation.​

Adrian has also consulted and built digital product teams at PWC Malaysia in 2020-2021, prior to launching 5G, and building and scaling teams at YTL Communications since 2022.​

Currently, he runs a 34-year-old family business in specialized coating manufacturing for Southeast Asia.
