ABOUT SHIFT

Work is not separated from faith — it is part of God’s calling.

Yet many young adults wrestle silently with questions of burnout, financial pressure, and uncertainties in life.

SHIFT is a 1.5-day conference designed for young adults in the workplace who want to integrate faith and practical wisdom in their everyday work life.

From 16–17 May, SHIFT brings together professionals, business founders, and experienced leaders to address the real questions we face in today’s workplace.

SHIFT is not about choosing between faith and work.

It is about learning how faith transforms the way we work.

What you will walk away with:

  • A deeper understanding that God has a grand design for life and work

  • Awareness of who or what is driving the way you work and make decisions

  • Handles to help you make better decisions in career, finances, and life

Conference Highlights:

Practical discussions on topics such as:

  • Success and a Good Life — can I have both?

  • How to navigate and manage money wisely

  • Who is really driving the way I work?
